É vedado qualquer uso do código fonte para fins diferentes dos autorizados neste aviso, nomeadamente para uso comercial. As violações dos direitos do NOSi, serão objecto de procedimento legal indemnizatório, em que o infrator será responsável por todos os danos e prejuízos causados, bem como pelos lucros cessantes.
IGRP is a computer platform created and developed by NOSi. NOSi owns, on an exclusive basis, all proprietary rights to the IGRP platform, the source code, part of the ideas of the source code or the ideas underlying the source code. The source code of the IGRP is available on this portal only for study and proposed improvements. Any use of the source code for purposes other than those authorized in this notice, including for commercial use, is prohibited. Violations of the rights of the NOSi will be the subject of legal damages proceedings, in which the offender will be responsible for all damages and losses caused, as well as for the loss of profits.
