这个问题之前有看到，是因为掘金的接口请求第二页的时候会有些与第一页重复的文章数据，官方的展示也是就把重复的也展示在搜索结果中了，所以我也没有去重，不过要去重的话也很容易，再根据文章 id 过滤一次就可以了
