Ability to add/rename/delete a file or directory to a project
- Select a project, folder or file in a folder
  - File Menu > New file
  - File Menu > New folder (File menu item action when a file or folder is selected in the NavBar)
  - File Menu > Rename (File menu item action when a file or folder is selected in the NavBar)
  - File Menu > Delete (File menu item action when a file or folder is selected in the NavBar)
- Right click context menu on files or directories
  - New file
  - New folder
  - Rename a file or directory
  - Delete a file or directory
- Ability to drag files and directories into other directories

As an addendum: Currently, projects are ordered by when they were opened, As such:

Ability to drag and drop the order of projects
