Pop!_OS 21.04 / GNOME 3.38.4

It seems like disabling all of GNOME's Activities Overview search providers isn't enough to fully transform it into a dedicated applications search. Power and session options such as 'Power Off', 'Restart', 'Log Out', etc. still appear in COSMIC's Applications search in spite of the actions taken to resolve #3 .
