Issue/Bug Description:

Cannot boot into live installer on Dell XPS 13 9370 in UEFI.
Running latest Dell bios version 1.21.0 .

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Flashed USB using gnome disk utility, as well as tried balena etcher, fedora media writer.
Disabled secure boot.
Boot from UEFI

Expected behavior:

I expected to be greeted by the live installer, but only met with a black screen

Other Notes:

Fedora, Ubuntu, Arch, Mint, and Debian all are able to be installed on this machine. Just not pop!_os.
(Able to boot from legacy bios if enabled, however if you install as legacy, Dells bios will not recognize it as an operating system)
