(1) Issue/Bug Description:
With tiling enabled in Pop Shell installed under Fedora 38, you cannot move windows to different zones on the same workspace with the combination SUPER + Left Click & drag. Zoning does however correctly activate when moving windows by their title bars.

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. Enable tiling mode
  2. On the active window you want to move, hold SUPER and then Left Click and drag
  3. Note that the zone highlights do not appear and the window will not move.

(3) Expected behavior:
Zones should be visible, and the window snap into the highlighted location as it does when moving windows via title bar.

(4) Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release):

Looks like this happened before for Gnome 44 and was fixed. But is back in 44.1?
