We should inform our users that the support for 19.04 ends January 18. Hence, the updates for the OS upgrade page. We should probably also have a notification or even warning but let's start with the page in the settings.
The change is adding another sentence under "Pop!_OS 19.10 is available". See below.

We should notify our users about the upcoming end of support for 19.04. The notification design is below. When a use clicks notification, one is taken to the OS Upgrade page in the Settings. We should also agree on the time when notifications should show for future releases. Would two weeks be sufficient?

We were thinking 1 month to provide sufficient heads up.

Sounds good to me.
