I can not make calls putting the # symbol

Description:
In my country I can not make calls putting the # symbol, and most cellphone 
numbers have this symbol so I can't use your app.
eg. call to #981935789 and cancels the call.

Phone brand: Moto X


Android SDK: 4.4.4


Ready version: 1.0.11

Hi, I see you are coming Contac List app updates. I wonder if the problem was 
my calls to numbers with # below.
I asked the operator name, is Movistar Peru. And yet you can not make calls to 
phones as # 123456789.
