Idea UX/UI seperate gerneral setting and project specific settings #303

The project specific settings like projects licenses mapping should be done in the project scope.

In large environments with hundreds of projects the actual solution has not the best UX.

An additional feature could be, set the project license mapping per API or sonar parameter.
