Bug description
Updating the local endpoint (just to change the name for example) will break the endpoint (in Portainer) and it won't be possible to manage it from the Portainer instance anymore.

Expected behavior
It should be possible to update the local endpoint without issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Deploy Portainer
  2. Use local endpoint
  3. Go to Endpoints > local and rename the endpoint
  4. Try to access the endpoint via the home view

Technical details:

  • Kubernetes version: any
  • Are you using the Agent? no
  • Platform (linux/arm): linux
  • Provider (AKS,GKS,EKS...): Tested in DO
  • Browser: Chrome

Additional context
NA
