Error When Enabling GPU on existing container

Problem Description

When you try to enable GPU on an existing container, you receive the following error and the container is stopped:

Failure
e.HostConfig.DeviceRequests is null

Expected Behavior

User should be able to enable GPU on a container without error and stopping the container.

Actual Behavior

When you try to enable GPU on an existing container, you receive the following error and the container is stopped:

Failure
e.HostConfig.DeviceRequests is null

Steps to Reproduce

[1] Build GPU enabled instance
[2] Add Environment
[3] Create Stack
[4] Navigate to Container
[5] Duplicate/Edit >> Runtime and Resources
[6] Enable GPU >> default settings
[7] Update Limits >> Deploy Container
