When you try to enable GPU on an existing container, you receive the following error and the container is stopped:
Failure e.HostConfig.DeviceRequests is null
User should be able to enable GPU on a container without error and stopping the container.

Problem Description
When you try to enable GPU on an existing container, you receive the following error and the container is stopped:
Failure

Expected Behavior
User should be able to enable GPU on a container without error and stopping the container.
