Problem Description

Unable to change swarm service replica set

Expected Behavior

Can change the replica amount with no issue

Actual Behavior

Unable to change replica set as an error occurs

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Deploy portainer swarm 2.19.2
2 - Deploy a service
3 - Once service is deployed go inside the service details page and try changing the replica set
4 - See error and unable to change replica invalid CredentialSpec: must either provide "file", "registry", or "config" for credential spec
