Environment tags not shown in Home/environments list

Bug description
The tags added to an environment aren't shown in the environment list on the home page. In the specific environment's page they are. (error occurs for both local and agent environments)

Expected behavior
Tags should be displayed in the home list at their corresponding place.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. go to portainer-url/#!/home
2. check the list

Technical details:

• Portainer version: 2.11.0 (on my 'local' environment, the agent shown in the screenshots might be on another version)
• Platform (windows/linux): linux
• Browser: Opera

Additional context
In the last update there was an issue fixed with cpu/ram info in the same list, this bug might be caused by the last fix:
