Search by Published Ports does not work

Bug description
Since the last version the search by fields concerning the ports does not work anymore

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to 'http://localhost:9000/#!/1/docker/containers'
2. Click on 'Search'
3. Type an available value in the Published Ports column
4. Filtering on value is not done

Technical details:

• Portainer version: 2.11.1
• Docker version (managed by Portainer): 20.10.13
• Platform (windows/linux): Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS x86_64
• Command used to start Portainer (docker run -p 9443:9443 portainer/portainer): sudo docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -p 9000:9000 --name=portainer --restart=always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v portainer_data:/data portainer/portainer-ce
• Browser: Firefox 98 (64-Bit)
• Use Case (delete as appropriate): Using Portainer at Home
• Have you reviewed our technical documentation and knowledge base? Yes

Bug confirmed, was able to search using published port values in CE 2.9.3

Update:

Upon further testing, I am seeing the search functionality stopped working as of the 2.13 series.

I am going to re-run this by Product upon their return from the holiday shutdown. I will update as I learn more.

This issue had been moved for higher priorities and workloads. I do not yet have a timeline or release. I will update as I learn more.
