Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I wanted to use the Docker Compose feature depends_on -> service_completed_successfully, but it wasn't supported by portainer. This is supported as of 1.29, but the bundled Docker Compose client has version 1.27.4.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the Docker Compose client (1.27.4 -> 1.29.2) and the Docker client (19.03.13 -> 20.10.14) updated.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As I want to set up dependencies between different services of a single stack, I was satisfied with a documentation on how to do this with the existing version, as well.

This is on our internal task list and has been covered before (see #5158). I'm aware that there have been some platform incompatibility issues that have made this more difficult than it seems to implement.
Closing this ticket in favor of the above-mentioned already-open ticket.
