Bug description
When trying to recreate a container that has a local image (set via advanced options), portainer tries to get the image from dockerhub

Expected behavior
It should work.

Technical details:

  • Portainer version: 2.13.1
  • Docker version (managed by Portainer): 20.10.11
  • Platform (windows/linux): linux
