Bug description
Depending on your screen and brightness levels the blue links in the stacks list and other lists can be really difficult to see because the contrast is too low. Chrome dev tools tells me the contrast is 4.02
Expected behavior
Try to aim for a contrast ratio of AA (4.5) or AAA (7.0). The current color is rgb(0 134 201), I think something more like rgb(101 193 239) looks good and readable.
The high contrast view has slightly better contrast thanks to the black background but it is certainly not high contrast by any means.
Portainer Logs
N/A
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Use dark theme
Open Stacks list
