!group {game} will list people in group
!group game join will add the requesting user and @mention those already in the group

Possible other features (could be added post-release of the main functionality):

@ mention other users in group when a user launches the game (could also @ mention the people who haven't as each person opens, but could be spammy)
@ mention other users in group when a user joins a voice channel, listing which voice channel, possibly with an invite/join voice channel link if possible
