pop-up on mouse hover

I have been using rofi to display a popup translations etc of what I have in the primary/selection clipboard (xclip -o -selection primary) but it requires me to select text first. I am looking for a way to be able to display a popup on mouse hovering. After I read the description of yomichad, I'm not sure if it's capable for this. If not, is it possible to add this feature as it's possible to do this on some addons on chrome/firefox etc?

Yomichad can't do this, unfortunately. When I implemented yomichad, qutebrowser didn't support this kind of interaction and I am not aware of any changes with regards to that. But I agree that it would be a cool thing to have.
