Handle pow running on its alternate port (related to pow #172)

Error: Cannot get Pow status. Pow may be down. Try 'powder up' first.
~/projects/name  ᐅ powder open
~/projects/name  ᐅ

Tries to go to http://name.dev instead of http://name.dev:20559 .

http://name.dev:20559 works fine.
