The usage of csv as source by specifying parameters via CLI fails with an error: extract_file_names() got an unexpected keyword argument 'argument_name'. Furthermore, the code related to influxdb on common_cli_parsing_manager is not longer required as support for this kind of destination was dropped on release 2.6.0.
