All the Power BI CLI components (CLI, Azure pipeline task) do not collect or use any of your personal information. The CLI only receives data from Power BI and does its actions locally. No information is transmitted to any third-party services.
The Power BI CLI website does collect telemetry via Azure Application Insights. The telemetry is concerned with load, performance and usage metrics, exception reports, and other diagnostic data. The main user data visible in the diagnostic reports are URLs
