[Feature Request] New or Alternative Emoji Utility Location

Describe the feature request
Adds emoji utility buttons to the discord emoji popup.

Expected behavior
Self-explanatory mockups (started with dark discord screenshot)

Upon clicking clone:

[MulverineX]

A couple of other notes:

• Option to only appear when pressing shift
• Would stack with server location either on top or below of it if present.
• Option to disable emoji utilities in the right-click context menu.
• Hovers would work as expected; standard tooltip on utility buttons, server name tooltip on servers in the clone menu.
• Alternative copy actions for all buttons as follows: emoji id, emoji image, emoji image cdn link.
• Alternative action on buttons would be shift-click with always present mode and right-click on shift to use.
