• What is the current behavior?
  Feeder name labels are all drawn at the same height, at the top of external cells. When feeder names are too long they can overlap.

• What is the expected behavior?
  We could alternatively shift label height position to avoid overlapping.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  To avoid label overlapping.
