S3 actions are all done #363

Once this you merdge this branch into master

all of the s3 actions (ecept a few depircated ones that no longer work) should be working

I also added in a new test caller 'FullTestMakerLWPCaller.pm'

that can be used to create both a request and a response test

Any Idea when the next version is comming out or when this will get into Master
