> What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a new .go file with some code.
2. Build and run.
3. Modify code
4. Build and run

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is the output of the new code. But I see the output of the old
code, because rebuilding doesn't really happen.

I can only achieve rebuilding after I manually delete the exe file.

The issue was that I had .go file in the directory named "Go". LiteIDE builds
the whole directory and names the executable with dir's name. Thus I end up
with Go.exe in my dir. Subsequent Build/BuildAndRun commands were executing
this Go.exe instead of the Go compiler.
