Allow deleting mod posts with only replies by the opener

Currently, a post on modding discussions can not be deleted if it has any replies. This is true even if all of the replies are by the initial poster.

It should be possible for you to delete your post and all of your replies all at once if they are all by you, rather than being made to delete every reply first then your initial post.

This sounds like it might be a design choice to stop people from deleting other people's replies, but just in case can we check if that's the case?
