The account support team is a group of people administering user accounts, as well as accepting silence and restriction appeals.
The team can only be reached by sending a mail to accounts@ppy.sh, support@ppy.sh, privacy@ppy.sh, or tournaments@ppy.sh. The identities of its members are kept secret in order to protect them from unwanted attention.
It usually takes a few days for support to get to the email. If there is no response within a week, it is worth sending a follow-up message about the case.

You should contact this team regarding account-related topics that are out of your control. Please remember to provide as much context on your issue as possible and send a email from the address associated with your osu! account.
- Appeals of restrictions placed on your account, including:
- silences;
- profile content removals;
- beatmap removals;
- forum post and comment removals.
- Instances of misbehaviour that you wish to admit.
- Loss of access to the email tied to your osu! account, or when your account is stolen.
- Username reverts and minor spelling corrections.
- Bot account registrations.
- Requests to access the announcement messages feature.

- Concerns about a moderator's misbehaviour.
- Concerns about a moderator breaking the Contributor Code of Conduct.
- Payment issues for orders from osu!store.

- Data requests and privacy concerns.
- Permanent account deletion requests.
- Official tournament support requests and general inquiries about tournaments in consultation with the Tournament Committee.
