Perfect mod ignoring slider head adjustments in osu!lazer when Easy mod is on

Bug description

So I was playing +EZRX on latest version of osu!lazer at the moment of submitting this issue and found this issue. I uploaded and linked 2 YouTube videos in the next section where I can clearly get an S rank with +PF mod however this not working without +EZ mod, this is why I don't think its intended mod behaviour and should be fixed.

Also, I can replicate this on almost any map (if it has sliders, basically) with this combination of mods, if I need to provide some additional info/logs I can, just tell exactly what info, if for some reason my osu! username on Bancho is needed its 690.
