Replays imported from osu!stable with relax mod does not work properly

Bug description

Replays imported from stable with relax does not work properly.

1. SS replays with relax will encounter a score overflow, displaying a score of -9223372036854775808.
2. While playing replays with relax, osu!lazer does not press any keys.

Additionally, replays with classic+relax created by osu!lazer works properly.

The first part of the issue is a duplicate of #9243, and the second part is a duplicate of #26073 (and has been fixed in 2023.1224.0, so please upgrade).
