First-run setup opening everytime i open osu lazer?

Bug description

The first-run setup in osu lazer is nice, it opens after i install osu lazer for the first time and its kinda great to get to setup the game by your style in guiding way. But all of nowhere, i started seeing this setup everytime i open osu (i've had this problem for months now) and it's really annoying to me. And with that, i wanna report this as a bug since i dont find this normal
