I don't understand what are you trying to say, could you be more detailed in your explanation? A video or screenshot of the problem could be helpful as well.

@PLGGitHub1 Probably means that really annoying issue on windows which has existed for years where the taskbar appears over the fullscreen window sometimes.

If this is what you're saying, restarting explorer.exe in task manager should solve the problem.
