I suggest we consider running another hackathon.

We can discuss what went well/not so well, whether it's worth running another one, and define specific objectives.

It may include any of

ongoing onboarding
more focus on ci/cd
'pipelines' between repos / reuse
consistency
-docs
.....

I think it could be useful and can volunteer to setup/arrange if the TSC concurs.
