Whenever I close or open my MacBook, a speech bubble appears on the screen. ("Apple Internal Keyboard / Trackpad is ignored temporarily until key {"key_code":"down_arrow"} is pressed again.")

I always use my MacBook closed. (I connect an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse to my MacBook and use it like a desktop PC.)

However, every time I close and open my m2 MacBook, this program pops up a speech bubble.
"Apple Internal Keyboard / Trackpad is ignored temporarily until {"key_code":"down_arrow"} is pressed again."

Please tell me how to remove this speech bubble.

I had to open my MacBook every time I had a video conference. And every time that happened, I had to see this speech bubble.
I have turned off this speech bubble hundreds of times so far. My fingers hurt.

Even when using Parallels on a MacBook, these speech bubbles often cover the screen.

When I press restart to update Parallels Windows, this speech bubble keeps popping up.
Even if you turn off the speech bubble, it continues to cover the screen.
Please can anyone tell me how to stop this speech bubble from appearing?

I checked and found that when using Windows with Parallels, speech bubbles appear frequently even during normal times.

I have turned off anything with the word 'Apple' on it but this doesn't fix it.
