Refactor or organize index.html.erb

Our listing of mappings is getting quite long. I suggest we refactor it so that json files can be grouped and collapsed. That will allow for a bit better organization.

I created #74 as a prototype. There are a few more things I think it would be nice, but I'm gonna see if people like this collapsible layout first.

more things to do:

• create a method to generate the html for each group instead of copying html
• create Table of Contents
• maybe collapse each group too?
