Completion Criteria for PR2 Indigo

Major outstanding issues for a release candidate:

• find a stable realtime kernel to boot PR2 code from
• sony playstation teleop wireless I'm keeping a close eye on this, but it randomly resolved itself for me and @pgrice. Process was launching robot.launch, teleop.launch, ps3.launch, and then turning on the joystick. Pairing must only be done once. Once it is paired do not use sixpair or it will disconnect. @TheDash (myself) had it working wirelesly. @pgrice with USB only
• c2 netbooting
• getting wifi module working
• create infrastructure to distribute code releases
• develop kinect 2 modification code (x, x). @archielee
• creating release system
• create technical documents for using system
• creating clean installation methods for the entire PR2 system
• fix pr2 dashboard (dependent on all system development tasks)
• documenting indigo changes is dependent on all of the above
