Endpoint for list of keys in a metrics store

Without a listing endpoint we're reliant on getting a screenshot from the graphite browser from an internal team member.

Would like to be able to pass in a store like ndoh_qa and get back an array of metrics. If then need to be a nested tree that's fine. It's the access that is the key requirement.
