What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attach BusPirate 3.6 to an SPI EEPROM.
2. Attempt to run the spi_test.py script from pyBusPirateLite. 
3. It doesn't work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Script fails.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS: Ubuntu 13.10
pyBusPirateLite Revision: 2167

Please provide any additional information below.

I have attached an updated file that will let users read and write to SPI 
EEPROM.
