Wordpress Captions are not translated properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a caption on your Wordpress blog 
2. Translate it to Blogger
3. Notice that the captions don't appear correctly in Blogger

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see proper captions in Blogger.  Instead I'm seeing the Wordpress 
caption shortcode: 

[caption id="attachment_4815" align="aligncenter" width="650" caption="Blah 
Blah Blah"]
 <image goes here>
[/caption]
