The install fails with DBD::SQLite 1.33. It succeeds with 1.46.

It fails with invalid syntax. I suspect it is me trying to multiple rows in an INSERT INTO statement. It would be better to support the older version just because it won't take much work.

Really wish I had my bisect-dependencies script ready to go...
