add ability to delete packages from channels

Assuming you refer to the prefix.dev/channels then this is indeed made a bit obscure as we want to demotivate removing packages and motivate to put a package on there with a new version.

But if you really need it to fix a mistake, or put some bad stuff on a channel you can use the Rest api: https://prefix.dev/docs/prefix/api#rest-endpoints
