Plugins might set their modals or js selects (select2 e.g.) z-index with a value lower than our #tc-page-wrap.
Since these elements are, generally, appended to the body, hence outside our wrapper, they will not appear.

I think we can just lower our #tc-page-wrap z-index (to 1) as it's only purpose is to be greater that the side menu one.
