Improve language strings with _n for languages like russian

Example: 0 Comments, 1 Comment, X Comments. Currently it can not be translated properly for some languages.

using Plural forms You can also remove "1 Response" and maybe No Responses form if there will be a plural?

The X Comments / X Pingbacks have been fixed another way, by placing the numbers behind. This makes existing contributed language files still valid. The % Responses issue remains, will need to check if it breaks lang files.
