Version 0.204 protocol not replayed in UI when behind load balancer

We have an SSL terminating load balancer in front of the presto co-ordinator. While a recent PR fixed the issue of the nextUri field in API responses not respecting the incoming protocol, the ui now has the same issue, i.e. it replays HTTP URIs rather than HTTPs URIs.
