Promotion options do not appear if local engine is on #224

Version: 3.13.0
Browser: Firefox 113.0.2
OS: Ubuntu Linux 18.04.6 LTS

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Go to https://lichess.org/analysis/8/1P4p1/8/8/8/4K3/5pk1/8_w_-_-_0_47?color=white
Enable local engine/evaluation
Move b7-b8

PROBLEM
Promotion options do not appear

WORKAROUND
Switch off the local engine/evaluation. Move b7-b8. Promotion options appear.

NOTE
Preferences > Game Behavior:
How do you move pieces? Click Two Squares
Promote to Queen automatically? When Premoving
