Modify Datatabel Paginator to include JumpToPageDropdown

Current behavior
In regards to #247, the drop down to select a page is starting at 0. This is really unlikely to be the desired behavior.

Expected behavior
Start numbering pages from 1

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
