User story

As a developer
When I generate a migration
I want the code to be formatted in a consistent way
So that I can interpret the code faster

More info

The norm is for SQL keywords to be capitalized, even though I think readability suffers. In any case, I would like it to be at least consistent.

With pg-schema-diff from #6 this is not a problem anymore.
