Document Node-API library

Node-API library will need to be documented one day, this issue is to collect related things:

Wording:

• binary => "engine" or "engine file"
• Overarching term for both "binary" and "node-api library" = engine, which one is in use (and can be configured) is the "engine type"

New functionality:

• PRISMA_QUERY_ENGINE_LIBRARY
