Connecting to an external RDS / other mysql database is an important feature.

here is the example for previous version. But docker-compose.yml changes a lot in 1.7. Do need update the solution. thanks!

Problem is not comes from 1.7.
but comes with mysql 5.6. change RDS mysql version into 5.7 fix everything.
