After discussing this on Matrix, there is really no clear benefit to these networks over Tor. It makes more sense to promote Tor usage rather than highlight alternative self-contained networks. This PR...

  • Removes the Self-Contained Networks Page
  • Renames "Browsers" to "Internet Browsing"
  • Creates new dedicated "Tor" page under "Internet Browsing"
  • Moves Tor Browser from Desktop and Mobile Browsers pages to Tor page
  • Moves Snowflake from Desktop Browsers to Tor page
  • Moves Orbot from Self-Contained Networks to Tor page
  • Changes "Onion" tooltip on Onion Services links to "Onion Services" for all recommendation cards site-wide
  • Changes "Tor Project" icon to "Tor Browser" icon for all Onion Services links site-wide (looks nicer)

We should look into adding more software besides just Snowflake in the "Relays and Bridges" section, and we should potentially consider a third "Hidden Services" section recommending software on the server side of things, but both of these can be saved for a future PR.
